Visiting New Jersey for my oldest granddaughters 8th grade graduation. It's certainly been an adventure. Decided to drive across to really enjoy some "time off". Anyway, wasn't out of New Mexico two hours and the rains began. It's still raining. Guess that's why it's so green and lush around here. Now, I know some people like that and I did too at one time, but I'm ready to dry out and get back to the wide open spaces that I now call home. Zoe, my granddaughter, graduates tomorrow night and it's hard to believe she's already 14. She's grown taller than her mother and most certainly taller than me and has turned into a beautiful lady. How proud I am of her and the wonderful job her mother has done in raising her. Here's to you Zoe and your new adventure... High School. OMG High School. See you all back in Deming..
