My morning ritual begins with my two Yapping Yorkies needing to get outside for their morning ritual. It's just about the same time the Sun gets up for it's morning ritual. Well, what a treat this morning! Looking up to the sky, checking on the stars, I wondered if I'd see another shooting star. (Had seen one about a week ago and it brought back all sorts of childhood memories plus the opportunity to 'make a wish'.) And WOW... not only a shooting star appeared but what I think was a Comet streaked across the sky with a rainbow tail following it.
It lasted only seconds I'm sure but I can still see it. How magical, here in beautiful downtown Deming, New Mexico, my own light show. So for today, I will feel the awe and wonder of this great Universe. I will feel lucky to have those Yapping Yorkies. I will feel glad to be living in Deming, New Mexico. And... I will feel magical.
Maybe I'll feel this way tomorrow too!
